Hosting a Seminar

Almost every seminar on our schedule was organized by someone just like you. That means you don't have to wait for a seminar to come to your area. You can make it happen by scheduling one to take place right at your own facility. And organizing a seminar is easy to do!

Benefits

Holding a seminar at your facility has a number of benefits:

	You will save on travel costs, such as gas and lodging, since it will be held at a location close to you that you specify.
	It's more convenient for you and your colleagues because you will be able to not only determine the location but also select the dates when the seminar will take place.
	You and any attendees who are a part of the group that you organize will receive a special discounted rate.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements for hosting a 3 hours Comprehensive "Insight"- Seminar:

Provide a classroom at no charge, with a minimum seating capacity of 20.
Find 12 or more participants who will commit to participating in the seminar.

Requirements for hosting a 3-days "A New Beginning"- Seminar:

Provide a classroom at no charge, with a minimum seating capacity of 60.
Find 25 or more participants who will commit to participating in the seminar.

First Steps

If you're able to meet the minimum requirements above, your first step toward setting up a seminar will be to contact our office so that we can put you in touch with our Executive Director, who will place your seminar on our schedule. Seminars may begin on any day of the week. Because our schedule fills up quickly you should contact us as early as possible to make sure we have an instructor available for the dates you prefer.

Once we have agreed upon the dates to hold the seminar, we provide you with a form to distribute to anyone you think might be interested in attending. You are welcome to recruit from anywhere you wish, so you may even want to contact other institutions locally to find out if they would like to be a part of your group.
